Terms of service.

The rules of the road for using Ululate, running campaigns, and earning amplifier rewards.

Effective 9 June 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an Ululate account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms form a legal agreement between you and Ululate. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence to use Ululate.

You must not be located in, or a resident of, any country where the service or the underlying token network is restricted or sanctioned under applicable law. We may refuse or terminate service at our discretion to comply with these restrictions.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and any connected wallet secure. We will never ask for your password or wallet private keys.

You agree to provide accurate information at sign up and to keep it current. Misrepresenting your identity, country of residence, or affiliation may result in suspension.

One person, one account. Operating multiple accounts to inflate verified shares or claim additional rewards is grounds for permanent suspension and forfeiture of any pending balances.

4. Creators and campaigns

As a creator, you set the campaign content, the budget, the per-share reward structure, and the eligibility rules for amplifiers. You are responsible for ensuring you own or are authorised to distribute the content you publish.

You agree not to launch campaigns that promote illegal activity, hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, deceptive financial products, malware, or violations of any third party's rights.

Once a campaign is funded, the budget is held in escrow on the platform and may be drawn down to pay verified amplifier rewards. Unused budget may be withdrawn at the end of the campaign window, subject to any platform fees.

5. Amplifiers and verified shares

As an amplifier, you may claim a tracked share link for any open campaign and post it on the platforms permitted by that campaign. Each share is paid only once it has been verified by Ululate's verification process.

Verification looks at the destination platform, the engagement on the tracked link, your posting history, and other signals designed to filter inauthentic traffic. We reserve the sole right to determine whether a share qualifies for a reward.

You may not buy clicks, use bots, run click farms, post the same share repeatedly across burner accounts, or otherwise manipulate verification signals. Doing so will void the relevant rewards and may result in account suspension.

6. Token rewards and wallets

Rewards are paid in the Ululate token. The token has no fixed monetary value, no guaranteed redemption rate, and no promise of future appreciation. Its mechanics may change as the platform evolves.

Earned tokens accumulate in your in-platform balance. You may withdraw them to a connected external wallet once your account is verified and the minimum withdrawal threshold is met. Supported networks and fees are listed on your wallet page.

You are solely responsible for the security of any external wallet you connect, and for paying any taxes that apply to your earnings under the laws of your country.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the service to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, harass other users, scrape or reverse engineer the platform, distribute malware, or interfere with the integrity of campaign verification.

You agree not to misrepresent the source or authorship of content you share, and not to pose as another person, brand, or organisation on the platform.

8. Intellectual property

Creators retain ownership of the content they publish through campaigns. By publishing, you grant Ululate a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of running your campaign.

Ululate, the Ululate logo, and the platform's design and code are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or reuse them without written permission.

9. Content removal and suspension

We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms, that put other users at risk, or that we are legally required to act on. Where possible we will give notice and a chance to respond.

Severe breaches, including fraud, illegal content, or repeated verification abuse, may result in immediate termination with forfeiture of any pending balances.

10. Disclaimers

Ululate is provided on an as-is basis. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the token will hold any particular value.

Nothing on Ululate is investment, legal, or tax advice. You make your own decisions about your campaigns, your earnings, and how you handle them.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ululate is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of earnings, loss of data, or loss of reputation.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the greater of the platform fees you have paid in the previous twelve months and one hundred US dollars.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. If we make material changes, we will give notice through your account or by email before the new terms take effect.

Your continued use of Ululate after the effective date of a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact links in the footer. We aim to reply within five business days.

This document is a plain-language v1 written for the launch of Ululate and has not yet been reviewed by counsel. It should be treated as a working draft.
